New Mexico trip cancellation policy:

Your reservation is secured with a 50% deposit received at least thirty days prior to the program or as soon as possible if there are less than thirty days before the program at the time you sign up. The balance is due fourteen days prior to the start of the program. We accept cash, checks, traveler’s checks, most major credit cards via Paypal. You may cancel your dates for a full refund, minus a $50 fee per person up to 21 days before your reservation. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations, for any reason, less than 21 days before a reserved course. You are liable for the entire program fee for cancellations, for any reason, with less than seven days notice before the start of the program. We will try to work with you to reschedule your course with more than 21 days notice, if space is available. Schedule changes are subject to a $50 fee per person and may not be possible. If conditions or circumstances preclude running a scheduled program we reserve the right to make the decision as to whether the program will be canceled, rescheduled, or an alternative provided. In the rare circumstance where we need to cancel a program you can reschedule without a fee or receive a refund on your deposit. If circumstances arise that force us to cancel a program that is already in progress we reserve the right to decide whether a refund or credit, at a prorated rate, will be issued. We are not responsible for cancellation fees or costs arising from your changed or cancelled flights, lodging, or other arrangements. We recommend obtaining trip cancellation insurance from your travel agent.

U.S. Domestic trip payment and cancellation policy:

Same as above with the exception that you are liable for the entire program fee for cancellations, for any reason, with less than fourteen days notice before the start of the program.

International and Alaska payment and cancellation policy:

Your reservation is secured with a 50% deposit received at least 90 days prior to the program or as soon as possible if there are less than 90 days before the program at the time you sign up. The balance is due 60 days prior to the start of the program. We accept cash, checks, traveler’s checks, most major credit cards via Paypal. You may cancel your dates for a full refund, minus a $100 fee per person up to 90 days before your reservation. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations, for any reason, less than 60 days before a reserved course. You are liable for the entire program fee for cancellations, for any reason, with less than 30 days notice before the start of the program. We will try to work with you to reschedule your course with more than 60 days notice, if space is available. Schedule changes are subject to a $500 fee per person and may not be possible. If conditions or circumstances preclude running a scheduled program we reserve the right to make the decision as to whether the program will be canceled, rescheduled, or an alternative provided. In the rare circumstance where we need to cancel a program you can reschedule without a fee or receive a refund on your deposit. If circumstances arise that force us to cancel a program that is already in progress we reserve the right to decide whether a refund or credit, at a prorated rate, will be issued.
